Château de Peyssonnie is a sweet wine from a special area in the South of France that specializes in stickies. It is a type of vine called Vin Doux Naturel, [van doo nah-tew-REHL]  "naturally sweet wine."

A sweet, fortified wine made from grapes that are high in natural sugar,  whose fermentation is stopped by the addition of a neutral alcohol of no more than 10 percent of the volume.
