MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

LE SECRET WINES reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time.

LIQUOR ACT

It is an offense to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

AVAILABILITY OF WINE AND PRICE

From time to time certain wines and services may be unavailable. In this case, the consumer will be notified to make other arrangements.  LE SECRET WINES reserves the right to change the prices and vintages quoted on this site at any time.

DELIVERY OF WINE

Wine will be delivered to the address in the delivery instructions. A person over 18 years of age must accept and sign for the wine. Wine will not be left at an unattended address.
All wines are either delivered by us, or through a courier service. We aim to deliver all orders in 2 to 5 working days, or as personally arranged with the client. If in the unlikely case your order has not been received after 5 working days, please contact us. We will do our very best to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely fashion, but we can not take responsibility for late orders. In case of a delay, we will contact you to make arrangements
Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by the seller, and the buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery and he shall not be able to ask for any penalty or compensation in the event of a potential delay.
LE SECRET WINES cannot be held responsible if your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address. In this case, the return costs will be added to your invoice.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from LE SECRET WINES then we will provide you with a replacement or a full credit note for further purchases of the relevant wine by you (including freight costs).
If LE SECRET WINES has reason to believe that any buyer is abusing our Quality Guarantee, LE SECRET WINES reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Returns & Refund Policy in relation to that buyer, cancel any pending orders and/or close that buyer's account.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
